Our Warranty Period is six months from the date of purchase and we will repair or replace any item that proves defective, under normal use and care at no charge.
If you wish to return your item, you should do so in perfect condition in its original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if unworn. Please use a secure, traceable method to return them and insure the item, as we cannot be responsible for loss in transit.

We make every effort to ensure our jewellery is durable and comfortable to wear as well as stunning to look at. But you should avoid wearing your jewellery when participating in sports, sleeping or swimming and avoid contact with creams, perfume and make-up. Avoid solvents, bleaches, household chemicals and cleaning products as they can tarnish silver. Please also note that some skin types can make the silver go black – this is harmful, purely surface discolouration that can easily be removed with a clean soft cloth.
Ensure that your jewellery is kept clean and free from creams, lotions, oils, perfumes and make-up. When not wearing, store your jewellery separately so that it doesn’t get scratched or tangled. We recommend storing your jewellery in its original packaging. Please note that all silver jewellery will naturally tarnish over time.
Please ensure you buy the correct size ring, as rings with glass jewels cannot be resized. We will replace with the correct size if returned immediately unworn in its original packaging. In some circumstance broken jewels can be repaired at a cost, but this has to be assessed on an individual basis and you should contact us direct.
